The Vice President will lead, develop, and oversee the overall performance of the Southwest offices. This position will focus on developing strategies for profitability, growth, and retention of business within the assigned region. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a transformational team leader in the insurance industry. This person can be located on the west coast and would be required to travel frequently to our offices in our Southwest region.
