We are seeking two IT Project Managers to join our growing team and drive the delivery of application development and technology projects/products. Reporting to the Project Management Office (PMO), these individuals will turn business priorities into results by taking initiative, creating momentum, securing decisions, removing obstacles, and holding stakeholders accountable for commitments.
Success in these roles means moving work forward. You will challenge assumptions, resolve competing priorities, and develop practical options when delivery is at risk. Strong planning and communication support this work; measurable business outcomes define success.
You will also use approved artificial intelligence (AI) tools and automation to simplify project administration and improve PMO processes and procedures, creating more capacity for problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and delivery execution.
The Project Manager and Technical Delivery Manager work together as execution partners with clear, complementary responsibilities:
- The Technical Delivery Manager owns engineering execution, including technical delivery planning and coordination of engineering work
- The Project Manager drives the organization around engineering, aligning business stakeholders, vendors, decisions, cross-team dependencies, resources, and business readiness
- Together, they drive the outcome, maintaining a shared view of delivery priorities, risks, tradeoffs, and commitments
Drive Outcomes and Accountability
- Lead medium- to high-complexity technology projects from initiation through implementation and business acceptance, with clear ownership of commitments and measurable success criteria
- Translate business objectives into actionable delivery plans with defined outcomes, accountable owners, and realistic timelines
- Proactively secure decisions by identifying decision-makers, presenting options and tradeoffs, recommending a path forward, and following through to resolution
- Resolve dependencies by coordinating across teams, challenging unnecessary sequencing, and negotiating commitments that enable progress
- Identify delivery obstacles early and take action to remove them. Escalate issues with clear options, recommendations, and specific requests for support.
- Develop and execute recovery options when delivery is at risk, working with the Technical Delivery Manager and business stakeholders to assess scope, timing, resource, and cost tradeoffs
- Hold stakeholders, vendors, and project participants accountable for commitments, addressing missed commitments promptly and constructively
Enable Technical Delivery and Business Readiness
- Own business and vendor coordination, cross-functional dependencies, stakeholder alignment, and organizational readiness
- Work with business analysts to clarify requirements and help business customers evaluate solution options, costs, timelines, and readiness needs
- Secure timely agreement on scope, priorities, acceptance criteria, and deliverables from sponsors and key stakeholders
- Manage project scope, resources, finances, risks, and issues with a focus on informed decisions and successful delivery
- Communicate progress through outcomes achieved, decisions needed, delivery risks, and actions underway
- Work with product managers and owners to build forward-looking plans and roadmaps that connect technology delivery to business value.
- Coordinate business readiness and implementation activities, confirming ownership for adoption, operational handoffs, and measurement of intended benefits.
Use AI and Automation to Improve PMO Effectiveness
- Use approved AI tools and automation to reduce manual effort in status reporting, meeting summaries, action tracking, documentation, and routine coordination
- Apply the time saved to resolving problems, accelerating decisions, removing obstacles, and supporting delivery teams
- Challenge existing PMO processes and eliminate unnecessary meetings, reports, approvals, and duplicate data entry while preserving essential governance
- Develop scalable, repeatable practices, templates, and workflows that improve delivery effectiveness and simplify how teams work
- Use AI-assisted analysis to identify potential risks, dependencies, and planning gaps, validating findings with reliable data and accountable stakeholders
- Partner with PMO leadership to pilot and scale improvements, measuring administrative effort reduced, decision turnaround time, delivery predictability, and other relevant outcomes
- Apply human judgment and review to AI-generated outputs and follow company requirements for information security, privacy, and responsible AI use
- Turn retrospectives and lessons learned into implemented improvements, and help teams adopt more effective tools and practices
