  • Lead the planning and execution of functional, regression, integration, end-to-end and API testing across multiple platforms and environments
  • Develop and execute API test cases using tools like SoapUI and Postman to validate service integrations and data accuracy
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and faster feedback loops
  • Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and work with development teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain and manage test environments, test data, and automation frameworks to support ongoing testing needs
  • Up keeping the automation regression suites based on continuous enhancements or new features implemented
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to best practices in test automation and quality assurance
  • Explore/Innovate stable automation solutions to automate complex applications (e.g., Salesforce)

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a strong focus on automation
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing (Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience Cloud/FSC)
  • Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks: Selenium, Java, Cucumber, Provar, ACCELQ
  • Explore/Innovate stable automation solutions to automate complex applications (ex: Salesforce)

  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and in-sprint automation practices
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Property and Casualty Insurance knowledge is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr
