• Improve operations systems and processes to support the company’s vision
• Perform regular reviews of key operational metrics
• Review workflows to ensure teams are following properly and are within the company’s standards
• Manage large and small Operation projects
• Develop and maintain project plans, resource utilization schedules, and budget materials for projects and operational activities 
• Closely monitor project resources, tasks, risks, issues, and milestones and make course corrections when necessary, using change control procedures 
• Establish communication procedures with stakeholders and engage with all levels of organization
• Conduct project meetings and responsible for project tracking and analysis
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables

• Bachelor’s degree in business (or related field) and/or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience preferred
• Knowledge of the P&C insurance industry required
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Must be self-motivated with the initiative to take on a variety of tasks
• Ability to apply analytical skills, creative problem solving, and conflict resolution to daily tasks
• Strategic mindset with ability to provide deliverables and build strong partnerships with key cross functional leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
