• Follow up with agent/brokers on past due insurance premiums
• Identify and assist in resolving invoice discrepancies
• Follow up with finance companies for funding on insurance premiums
• Work with payables team to request and follow up on request for cancellation
• Be able to work independently yet function as part of a team
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and other projects as assigned
• Liaison with insurance carrier accounting departments
• Distributing statements to larger agency partners
• Responsible for Completing/Managing Home Office Collection reports that are due weekly/monthly for each team

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, related field and/or equivalent among of education and experience
• 3+ years of accounting/collection experience required
• Insurance background required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office product, particularly Excel
• Professional communication skills
