• Conducts Claim Technical Quality Reviews of: Claims Practice and assist in the sharing and distribution of Best Practice
• Facilitates the calibration process for claim managers that perform Self Reviews
• Collaborates with Business Stakeholder in the development of meaningful action plans that detail the tasks, resources, and timeframes necessary to improve claim handling.
• Facilitates, supports, and measures the execution of action plans
• Assists in the development and enhancement of Standard Operating Procedures and Best Practice Guidelines
• Leads or actively participates in training claim handlers on technical claims content and managers on the use of the quality review tool for results and analysis.
• Assure proper follow-up and oversight of the execution and completion of management action plans.
• Interact with multiple business partners (Claims, External Audit, Compliance, etc.)
• Foster Minuteman’s ongoing digital and process transformations, providing innovative solutions for utilizing data management. A strong contributor to the team, sharing ideas, corrective actions, or other QA collateral with the QA team and across the claim discipline.
• Stays current within respective field(s) of expertise, jurisdictional changes and relative licensing

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Multiple jurisdictional claims handling experience.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Property handling to include estimating skills.
• Technical knowledge of the Property lines of business
• Experience in Personal and Commercial policies
• Knowledge of Excess & Surplus line products, services, and coverages along with a good understanding of applicable legal principles.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and problem resolution skills.
• Proficient information systems understanding and skills, including Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point) and claim management systems.
