The Claims Assistant is responsible for providing general support to the Kaufman Claims team. The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to monitoring incoming claims, setting up new claim files electronically, assigning new claims to the claims handlers, running various monthly, quarterly or ad-hoc reports, and updating claims policies and procedures as directed by the Manager of Claims.
