At H.W. Kaufman Group we are looking for passionate professionals with all levels of experience. The IT Interns will provide technical assistance to computer end users in a call center environment. They will be working alongside a team of IT Support Analysts who answer questions or resolve technical problems for clients via telephone and email. The team also provides assistance concerning the use of computer software, including but not limited to business systems, reporting, printing, connectivity, productivity applications, and operating systems.
Overall, the IT interns will be developing skills in productivity application support, documenting resolutions, and identifying trends for future prevention. Additionally, the interns will be meeting and collaborating with other interns as well as senior leadership weekly.
