    Responsibilities

    The Opportunity:

     The Scheduler works directly with the branch team to provide scheduling functions for our field representatives. The Scheduler performs a variety of tasks related to the scheduling of audits or inspections to receive services from our field representatives.

     

     

    • Schedules work according to the priority that is established by the Branch Manager.
    • Acts as a liaison between insureds and field representatives when setting up audit or inspection appointments.
    • Assists with determining needs, scheduling or cancelling appointments, or referring the insured to the correct staff person.
    • Communicate the record needs to the insured to help ensure the records are prepared for the field representative.
    • Maintains and updates the contact notes on each job in their call queue.
    • Handles all calls in a professional and welcoming manner and uses tact when explaining this process and reasoning for the appointment. 
    • Schedulers work according to the priority established by the manager
    • Other duties as directed by manager.

    Qualifications

    Desired Traits:

    • High School Diploma or General Education degree (GED) required
    • Excellent computer skills including experience in the Microsoft Office Suite
    • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
