    Responsibilities

    The Opportunity
    H.W. Kaufman Group is looking for a highly motivated professional to manage its online and digital presence with clients. The Digital Communications Manager will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing the strategy, messaging and content for digital initiatives including, but not limited to, email marketing and social media. The ideal candidate has a successful history of enhancing digital initiatives, identifies and pursues opportunities and serves as the authority on best practices for email marketing and social media.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and define email marketing plans and tactics through competitive research, benchmarking and messaging to achieve maximum engagement with clients
    • Research, write and edit compelling content ideal for digital and social spaces
    • Execute and strengthen social media messaging  to build meaningful connections and encourage engagement with clients and associates
    • Work with partners to build and manage campaigns to meet target objectives
    • Create and maintain a digital marketing calendar for email and social media
    • Build, maintain, and segment  company-wide and office specific email subscriber/distribution lists
    • Ensure quality and brand standards are met for all content developed
    • Monitor and adjust email and social media messaging based on analytics
    • Implement best practices in style, functionality and technology to enhance the user experience
    • Work with internal and external vendors to design, produce and execute necessary content and materials
    • Work with Corporate Communications Director, Public Relations and Advertising Agency on developing and refining email marketing and social media strategies

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • 4+ years of experience leading development of digital marketing programs, including email campaign development and social media messaging/platform management
    • Proven track record for developing and executing successful online marketing programs
    • Proven working experience in developing and promoting content through social media, including, but not limited to: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills (be prepared to show and discuss portfolio)
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities based on organizational needs

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Salesforce, Word Press and Adobe Creative Suite experience
    • B2B experience preferred
    • Programming skills: HTML, CSS and Dreamweaver a bonus
