    Afirm is looking to hire a Client Services Coordinator to work on a full time employee basis.

     

    The Opportunity:

     

    The Client Services Coordinator acts as a liaison between the company, our clients, and our field representatives. They provide information and resolve any emerging problems that clients and field representatives might face with professionalism. This position is about creating a positive client experience.  

     

     

    • Providing timely and accurate information to customer inquiries to include statuses, corrections, and general day-to-day questions.
    • Communicate with Clients and Field Representatives through the utilization of phone and email
    • Update and maintain job statuses for audits and surveys including key accounts
    • Monitors specific accounts for individual branch
    • Work with Manager to track professionalism coursework and resolve complaints regarding Field Representatives
    • Assist with complaints, errors, account questions and other queries
    • Improve and expand upon relationships between Afirm and all clients
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience    
    • Skills in time management, verbal/ written communications, and web-based applications
    • Must be detail oriented
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
